Shipping

Domestic Shipping (U.S.A Only)

  • Standard Delivery - $6 (2 to 5 business days in transit)
  • Express Delivery - $25 (2 business days in transit)  

  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands- $15 (5 - 7 business days in transit)

Orders are shipped Mon-Fri excluding holidays. Occasionally in-stock items may be temporarily out-of-stock or backordered. We will make every effort to communicate any shipping delay within 24 hours of your order. If we are having a piece custom made for you, please see your order confirmation for your wait time.

Please note:
  1. We cannot accommodate any rush requests during the holiday season between 11/18/2024 - 1/15/2025.
  2. We ship to PO boxes, but we do not ship to APO, DPO, or FPO boxes. Items might arrive in separate packages per order.

International Shipping

Free international shipping on orders over $100.

For international shipping less than $100, there will be a flat fee of:

  • $10 USD to Canada
  • $15 USD to the EU
  • $25 USD for all other countries* (except Russia)

We ship via different international carriers. Please note shipping fees will be in local currency.

*Applicable to specific destination countries. Carrier delays may occur in transit

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

We dispatch all orders within 3-7 business days.

Some countries, remote cities or islands may have longer delivery times. Please get in touch if you need a more exact delivery time for your country/city.

Note! We can’t take responsibility for any delays out of our control, like customs delays etc. If your order is delayed you can find more info in our FAQ.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes - we are happy to ship internationally.

For EU orders, we work with different EU printing partners and orders sent to the EU may be shipped from within the EU to account for additional duties & taxes. You will receive a tracking link and in most cases, you would have to contact your local post office directly to schedule a delivery date.

Duties and taxes are required on goods when transported across an international border. These fees are based on the value and contents of your order and are established by and paid directly to the destination country. Duties and taxes are collected at checkout and cannot be refunded by Catbird. If you have specific questions please contact your local customs agency.

For some shipping locations, VAT, Duties and Taxes may be included in the item price or order total at checkout.

If you are located in the US but shipping internationally, you must select your destination country in the drop down menu on our footer before checking out.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We do our best to ship your order in a safe and secure way, but if your order for any reason or in anyway arrive damaged, please let us know straight away (latest within 7 days of arrival) so we can help you solve the problem.

We always offer to send out replacements for damaged items, and in some cases, compensation of partial or full refunds. If you do not want a new item shipped we kindly ask for you to initiate a return instead or make another arrangement with us.

Important: Please make sure to take photos of both the package and the damaged product and send it together with other relevant information about the claim to hello@literaryliterally.com.

Remember to also state your order number in the e-mail.

I think my order has been lost in transit, what do I do?

If your parcel has been undelivered after 12 business days after it has been dispatched, contact us or email us at literaryliterally.shop@gmail.com with your order number.

Can I update or change my ship-to address on my international order? 

If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us and we can cancel your order and have you place it again with the correct address.

Unfortunately, if your order has already shipped (you have an email with tracking details), we are not able to update the shipping address.

I am sending a gift internationally, anything else I need to know?

If you are located in the US but shipping internationally, you must select your destination country in the drop down menu on our footer before checking out.

When sending a gift internationally, we suggest informing the receiver and/or add their email address to the order so they are aware of the shipment and avoid refusing delivery.

Unfortunately, due to customs inspection processes, gift wrapping is not available at this time.
